BROKEN ARROW, OK -- It wasn't just the Easter Bunny hopping around Green Country Sunday.

Safari's Interactive Animal Sanctuary held its first Aussie-Okie Easter Egg Hunt.

Kangaroos and rabbits helped the hundreds of kids who showed up search for eggs.

After 15 years, workers at the wildlife refuge wanted to try something a little different.

"Well, we had all these baby kangaroos this year and so we thought, ‘how cool would that be?' Have the sweet ones, no boxers," said Lori of Safari's Interactive Animal Sanctuary.

Safari Joe's says kids had a blast searching for eggs and, of course, petting the animals.
