Tulsa Man Arrested For Fatal 2009 Meth Lab Fire

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man charged last Friday with murder stemming from an October 24, 2009 apartment fire has been arrested by Tulsa Police.

Tulsa Police say they arrested 26-year-old Charles Ladd Monday afternoon.

Police say 23-year-old Brian Moss was injured in a meth fire in which Charles Ladd was involved.  Moss died on February 19, 2010.

The fire occurred at the Bristol Park Apartments in the 4400 block of South Garnett Road.

Ladd is also charged with first-degree arson and manufacture of a controlled and dangerous substance.
