Tulsa Zoo Chimp Celebrates 3rd Birthday

TULSA, OK -- A chimp at the Tulsa Zoo celebrates a birthday this week.  

Vindi is the first chimpanzee born at the Tulsa Zoo in 17 years and she turns 3-years-old this month.

On Wednesday, she got some tasty treats to celebrate. 

Zookeeper's tell The News On 6, Vindi is becoming very agile and enjoys wrestling, tickling and chasing her brother Bernsen. 

Bernsen turns three in June. 

Their dad, Alvin was born at the Tulsa Zoo in 1991, and was considered 'the baby' until Vindi and Bernsen were born.
