TULSA, OK -- Testimony gets underway in Travis Danley's double murder trial on Tuesday.

Danley is on trial for first degree murder, arson and larceny.

Tulsa County prosecutors say Danley killed two people at a home outside Sperry in August 2008. They say Danley set the house on fire, then stole a victim's truck and drove to Joplin, Missouri.

Investigators say Danley's mom ultimately convinced him to surrender in Miami.

He's being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail.
