Ingredients:
12 figs
1 package of mild goat cheese
¼ pound of prosciutto, sliced very thin
Honey (your favorite)
Directions:
Remove the stems from the figs and, using a small sharp knife, open up the fig from the top to about the middle with an X cut. Place a small amount of goat cheese in the opening. Wrap the stuffed fig with a thin strip of prosciutto and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat this process until all the figs and goat cheese are used up. Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Place under broiler or in a 400 degree oven until the prosciutto starts to sizzle. Arrange on a serving plate and enjoy.
