TULSA, OK -- A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by Tulsa Police after a shooting early Tuesday morning in east Tulsa.
Tulsa Police say people in two vehicles began shooting at one another near the Cracker Barrel restaurant at 31st and Memorial.
An off-duty police officer saw an SUV speed away from the area, running a red light in the process.
The officer called for back-up and police officers stopped the SUV a few miles away.
Police say they arrested 19-year-old Jose Becerra and 17-year-old Mario Davila as a juvenile offender. Both are being held in the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa Police officers found two guns in the vehicle. One appears to be a small machine gun, possibly a MAC-11.
The other vehicle involved in the shooting got away.
Tulsa Police aren't sure if the shooting was gang-related.
