TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police need help locating an alleged rapist. Police say a 19-year-old TU student was sexually assaulted between 12 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 2 in a parking lot in the 3500 block of South Peoria.
She was walking to her car when she was attacked and sexually assaulted by an unknown person, according to a release from the Tulsa Police Department. The woman said the man who sexually assaulted her followed her to her car and seemed drunk.
The suspect is described as a white male around 45-years-old, 6'00", 185 pounds, brown hair with lots of gray, and unshaven. The suspect was wearing a light colored gray hoodie, brown jacket with a logo on left breast, blue jeans and brown work boots. He fled on foot.
The victim told police someone in a nearby business at the time of the sexual assault walked outside and yelled at the rape suspect and then left. Police would like to talk with this person who heard the victim screaming and yelled at the suspect.
Police are also reviewing surveillance videotapes from the parking lot.
Police have released a composite drawing of the suspect. Anyone with any information on this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
