TULSA, OK -- It's just a matter of time before we'll need our heavy coats for the winter.
The Williams Company is helping make sure Green Country stays warm with a generous donation to Giles' Coats for Kids.
Employees collected 180 coats in just an hour and a half as part of a quarterly community service program.
"The employees are really generous with what we have and we understand that we have a lot and so we give as much as we can," said Jennifer Klaassen, The Williams Company.
You can get in the giving spirit too. Just drop off a new or gently-used coat at any Yale Cleaners and Catholic Charities will make sure it gets to someone in need.
And if you need a coat, just stop by Catholic Charities' new distribution center at 2450 North Harvard. They're open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays or on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
