TULSA, OK -- It's crunch day for the Tulsa Area United Way. The agency is holding an all-day phone-a-thon to reach their goal of nearly $24 million.
The United Way says it's about two and a half million dollars short, and while donations are down - the number of agencies needing help is up. Volunteers say every donation makes a difference, and payments don't have to be made until next year.
You can call 295-6670 to make a pledge. The phone banks are open until 11 p.m. Wednesday.
