California Girl Arrives At Tulsa Zoo

TULSA, OK -- A new giraffe arrived this week at the Tulsa Zoo.  The 9-year-old female giraffe from the Santa Barbara Zoo arrived on Wednesday. 

The yet to be named California giraffe will have access to the giraffe exhibit yard for Tulsa Zoo guests to see.

A second female giraffe is expected from Ohio next week.    

The Tulsa Zoo has joined with Burger King and Taco Bueno in a partnership to help with the costs of bringing two giraffes to Tulsa.
