Lacy Park Garage Sale To Support College Scholarship Funds

TULSA, OK -- You can get some bargains and help local teens pay for college at the same time.

A community garage sale will be held Saturday at Lacy Park, 2134 North Madison Place. Doors open at 8 a.m. The sale will last until 1 p.m.

The money the community center makes from booth fees and concessions will go toward two scholarship funds.

And, there's even a special table to help the Lacy Park hip-hop team, the fearless fours.

"They've qualified to go to nationals the last two years and they placed second this past July," said Kathy Thompson, park manager.
