Preliminary Hearing Date Set For BA Woman

WAGONER, OK -- A preliminary hearing in the case of a Broken Arrow woman charged last month in the 2008 death of her 15-month-old step-son has been set for October. 

Shiloh Brafford, 27, was charged July 31 with first degree murder in Wagoner County District Court.

The Broken Arrow Police Department and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation both investigated the case.

Authorities say Shiloh Brafford claimed the child slipped and hit his head.

The hearing is scheduled for October 19.
