POLICE: Truck In Okmulgee Hit And Run Was Likely A Nissan

OKMULGEE, OK -- Okmulgee Police are still looking for the driver who hit a young girl and then took off.

Nine-year-old Piper Haney remains in a Tulsa hospital, fighting for her life. Investigators believe the vehicle that hit Haney last Thursday was a Nissan pickup, possibly a 1988 to 1996 model.

Police found what they believe is a piece of debris from the vehicle but they hope someone will come forward with information about the driver.
