TULSA, OK -- It's important to buckle up your baby right every time you get in the car. Safe Kids Tulsa now has a permanent place to teach parents how to do that.
Safe Kids has teamed up with the Tulsa Fire Department to create a permanent location to hold child safety seat inspections. The coalition will work out of Fire Station 22 near 15th and Memorial.
The child safety seat inspection station will be open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every third Thursday of the month. It's free and usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes to make sure a car seat is properly installed.
