TULSA, OK -- A young Tulsa mother whose two-month-old baby died after a puppy attacked him was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a complaint of violation of probation/sanction.
Reports show Linzy Earles, 18, tested positive for marijuana.
Earles was found delinquent for 2nd degree manslaughter in February and a judge formally placed her on probation.
Among other things, the judge ordered her to enroll in a GED program, put her on a curfew, ordered her to contact her probation counselor weekly and ordered her to undergo random drug testing.
Investigators say Earles' son was in a baby swing when he was attacked by a puppy as Earles slept.
