UNDATED -- A Warner woman was killed when she was ejected from her vehicle on I-40 at about 9 p.m. Friday night. April Dawn Robertson, 29, of Warner, died at the scene after her Chevy Blazer failed to negotiate the curve on the State Highway 2 exit ramp south of Warner in Muskogee County.

Her two passengers, 7-year-old Austin Robertson and 9-year-old Ciara Robertson were injured in the accident. Austin is listed in stable condition at Muskogee Regional with leg injuries. Ciara was taken by medical helicopter to St. Francis in Tulsa where she is listed in satisfactory condition with leg injuries.

The driver's condition at the time of the accident is under investigation, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Unsafe speed on a curve is listed as the cause of the accident. None of the occupants were wearing safety restraints, according to the report.

A Moore woman was killed shortly before midnight Friday on southbound I-35 near Indian Hills Road in Norman.

Sandra Darlene Perry, 47, died of massive trauma at the scene of the accident, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Perry was driving in the outside lane when her car left the highway to the right. She overcorrected and crossed three lanes of traffic when her car was struck broadside by a pickup driven by Carl James Burton Jr., 24, of Spencer.

Both cars smashed into the inside retaining wall, according to trooper reports. Burton was transported to Midwest City Hospital where he is listed in good condition with trunk injuries. Burton was wearing his seatbelt while Perry was not.

A Texas resident, Billy Hunter, age 77, was also killed on Oklahoma roads Friday. Hunter, of Chico, was a passenger in a truck driven by 49-year-old Neal Hunter, also of Chico, Texas.

The Hunters were northbound on State Highway 99, two miles south of Pawhuska in Osage County. Neal Hunter turned left in front of another vehicle which broadsided his truck on the passenger side.

Billy Hunter was pronounced dead at the scene. Seatbelts were in use.
