TULSA, OK -- Tulsa's Fraternal Order of Police will vote Wednesday on a new contract that includes furlough days.

The City of Tulsa budget calls for all employees to take eight days off without pay including police officers.

If the FOP doesn't accept the furlough, Chief of Police Ron Palmer says the department will be forced to lay officers off to balance the budget.
