Protective Order Filed Against Donald Thompson

TULSA, OK -- A protective order has been filed against a former Creek County Judge. Angela McClanahan filed a protective order against Donald Thompson last Thursday.

McClanahan claims Thompson shows up at her home or job on a daily basis and even followed her to the hospital when she went to visit her sister.

McClanahan was considered a key witness against Thompson during his indecent exposure trial. Prosecutors said she was his former mistress and the subject of sexual pictures found on his work computer. However, when deputies tried to serve her with a warrant to testify, they say she ran, so the count of misusing a state computer was dismissed.

Records show McClanahan got married a couple of weeks ago.

Thompson is currently on a one-year suspended sentence for being in control of a vehicle while intoxicated.
