The Tulsa Economic Development Corporation now wants the city to loan $2.2 million in unspent block grant money to a prospective buyer.

The TEDC says it is working with a grocer interested in buying the empty store.  The Tulsa City Council will have to approve the plan.

The City of Tulsa is accepting comments on the plan via email.  Comments may also be faxed to 918-699-3523.
