TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County judge says he'll allow another judge to handle the formal sentencing of a woman convicted in the hit and run deaths of five people.

Kimberly Graham claims District Judge Tom Gillert showed bias against and contempt for the defense during Graham's March trial.

Judge Gillert says that's not true.

Jurors found Graham guilty of six charges related to the 2007 hit and run that left five people dead.  The panel recommended she serve a total of 27 years in prison.
