Tulsa Man Charged With Meth Lab Fire Deaths

A 43-year-old Tulsa man who was severely injured in a meth lab fire on March 10 has been charged with two counts of felony murder.

TULSA, OK -- A 43-year-old Tulsa man who was severely injured in a meth lab fire on March 10 has been charged with two counts of felony murder.

Mark Roberts was also charged with one count of first degree arson and a count of manufacturing a controlled/dangerous substance in Tulsa County District Court on Friday.

Tulsa Police say the fire at the Royal Arms Apartments in the 100 block of South Norfolk Avenue killed two people and injured two others, including Roberts.

Thirty-five-year old Armando Nunez died shortly after the fire and 39-year-old Maria Martinez died two weeks later.

Nikki Cain, 55, and Roberts remain hospitalized.

Roberts served time in prison for several drug-related offenses.
