TULSA, OK -- Three people questioned in connection with Tulsa's 24th homicide of the year have been cleared.
Tulsa Police say they need help to find who's responsible for killing 18-year-old Jason Trent and seriously wounding a 9-month-old baby.
Police say a gunman lured the McLain High School senior to the front door of his house in the 4100 block of North Garrison and then opened fire.
Trent was killed, and 9-month Clinton Kellum was hit in the back with a stray bullet.
Police say the bullet missed the child's spinal column, and he underwent surgery at a Tulsa hospital.
So far, Tulsa Police say witnesses have been reluctant to help. Detectives say a "no snitch' culture is believe to be responsible for the lack of cooperation in this case.
Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
