TULSA, OK -- Dozens of Tulsans are taking the city up on its offer of amnesty. The program started on Friday and already the city has collected more than $10,000 in outstanding tickets.
The amnesty program allows anyone with unpaid traffic tickets or misdemeanor warrants to pay their fines without having to come up with late fees or court costs.
