Suspected Edmond Saddle Thief Arrested

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- A suspected saddle thief in Edmond was caught in an unlikely place.

Edmond Police say some thieves went from barn to barn at a horse training site on Midwest Boulevard in Edmond recently stealing $16,000 in saddles and other horse equipment.

A couple of the saddle owners went to an auction Thursday night in Jones and found someone trying to sell their stolen property at the auction. 

Jones Police arrested 18-year-old Aaron Pearce in connection to the incident.
