8 oz. - Smoked Salmon (hot or cold)
1 - Cup Sour Cream
2 - oz. Dry Dill Weed
2 dashes tobacco
1 - lemon Juiced
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For Pancakes
2 - cups Day old Mash Potatoes (or fresh but cooled down)
1 - lemon Juiced
½ - cup Favorite Light Beer
2 - oz. water
1 - Egg Whole
½ - Cup Flour
2 - oz. Chopped Parsley
2 - oz. Green Onion ( diced)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
2- oz. olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip on medium speed until the batter is a thick pancake
Consistency. Than pre heat a non stick sautee pan and spray with non stick pan spray using a large spoon
Pour your pancake batter into the pan shaping either silver dollar size pan cakes or larger if desired. The
Pancakes will take about one minute longer than a regular pancake to cook but once they brown dark on
Both sides they will be ready. Serve immediately with the smoked salmon cut in half and some sour cream
