Azalea Festival Begins In Muskogee

People from across Green Country were in Muskogee on Saturday to kick off the 43rd annual Azalea Festival.

MUSKOGEE, OK -- People from across Green Country were in Muskogee on Saturday to kick off the 43rd annual Azalea Festival. Saturday's events included a parade and chili cook-off.

News On 6 anchors Rich Lenz and Latoya Silmon were enjoying all the fun riding in the parade, along with SKYNEWS 6 pilot, Will Kavanal.

The theme of this year's parade was "Blooms, Butterflies and Beauties."

The festival lasts throughout the month of April at Muskogee's Honor Heights Park.
