TULSA, OK -- Two people were hospitalized after being seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Friday.
The accident occurred about 9 p.m. near 2700 S. Memorial Road, Tulsa Police Cpl. R.W. Solomon said. Two motorcycles were traveling north at a high rate of speed and weaving through traffic when one fishtailed, hitting the other.
The fishtailing motorcycle continued out of control and crashed. A female passenger was taken to St. John Medical Center in critical condition, while the male driver was taken in serious condition.
The driver of the other motorcyle sustained a wrist fracture.
None of the three people involved was wearing a helmet, Solomon said.
A third motorcycle was clipped in the crash, but its riders were not injured.
