FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (AP) -- Weyerhaeuser plans to close a lumber mill in Oklahoma in response to depressed demand for wood to build homes.
The closures at the company's iLevel mill in Wright City, Oklahoma will affect several hundred workers.

The company did not say whether the shut downs are permanent, indefinite or temporary.
Since January 1, Weyerhaeuser Co. has closed 10 wood products manufacturing facilities and virtually all sites are experiencing reduced operations.
The company has announced the closure of four softwood lumber facilities so far this year.
