MUSKOGEE, OK -- Authorities have uncovered a second plot to kill the same Muskogee police officer.

In a recorded phone call, prosecutors say 65-year-old Harry Boswell told his son he was going to shoot Lt. Brian Stark and his fellow officers.

Prosecutors claim Boswell also said he was going to attack a Muskogee County District Judge.

Earlier this week, prosecutors charged 35-year-old Ronald Irving and 22-year-old Deandre Washington with plotting to kill Lt. Brian Stark.

Irving is accused of offering Washington $25,000 to commit the crime.
