Semi Accident Closes Tulsa Highway Exit

TULSA, OK -- A tractor trailer flips on its side Thursday as it exits off a Tulsa highway.

Tulsa Fire says the semi, which was exiting off northbound U.S. Highway 169 to go westbound on the Broken Arrow Expressway, rolled over on its side, closing the exit ramp.

The accident happened just before noon.

Tulsa firefighters were called to the scene to contain a diesel fuel spill.

Fire officials say the truck was not carrying any hazardous cargo.

No word on whether the driver was injured or not.
