TULSA, OK -- SemGroup employees learned more about their company's uncertain future on Monday.  Workers received a letter detailing possible plans as the business emerges from bankruptcy.

SemGroup's CEO wants the company to rise from the ashes as a new entity by the third quarter.  Terry Ronan says the new company will likely be public instead of privately-held.

He says SemGroup is taking advantage of this fresh start to focus on its crude oil interests.
