TULSA, OK -- SemGroup employees learned more about their company's uncertain future on Monday. Workers received a letter detailing possible plans as the business emerges from bankruptcy.
SemGroup's CEO wants the company to rise from the ashes as a new entity by the third quarter. Terry Ronan says the new company will likely be public instead of privately-held.
He says SemGroup is taking advantage of this fresh start to focus on its crude oil interests.
