TULSA, OK -- A two car accident early Monday sends one man to a Tulsa hospital and a second man to the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa Police say the accident happened on South Sheridan at the BA Expressway when police say the driver of a car made a U-turn in front of a pickup truck.
The pickup truck driver tried to stop, but hit the passenger side of the car.
The driver of the car ran off, but was arrested in a nearby parking lot. He was jailed for suspicion of DUI.
His passenger will be okay.
The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt.
In Sand Springs, a woman escaped serious injury when she flipped her car overnight.
Sand Springs Police say she was on a service road at 129th West Avenue and state Highway 64 when her car didn't make the curve and her vehicle lost control.
Police say the woman's car hit a guy wire for a utility pole, causing the car to rollover.
EMSA treated the woman at the scene. Police say she is expected to be okay.
