Tulsa Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Mother

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have arrested a 63-year-old man who officers say threatened to kill his 96-year-old mother.

Records show Ken Thomson admitted to "smacking" his mother frequently. He told police he has been her caregiver since 2004, but has not taken her to any doctor's visits or given her medications for her many conditions since before then.

The woman was taken to a hospital with several injuries.

Thomson was arrested about noon Thursday on two complaints of caretaker abuse and neglect. His bond was set at $200,000.
