OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Oklahoma legislators try to lure green jobs to the Sooner State. A bill would make wind industry companies eligible for financial incentives.

Windmill tower manufacturer DMI laid off 50 workers at its Catoosa plant earlier this year. Tulsa's Trinity Towers shut down in November, costing 130 workers their jobs.
