The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. March 14.
Tickets were originally said to cost $65 but are now to-be-determined. They will be available at livenation.com, bokcenter.com, Reasor's and Homeland stores, the Arby's Box Office or at 1-866-8-BOK-CTR.
A fan club presale through davematthewsband.com begins at 6 p.m. Feb. 19.
The Tulsa show is the last of the 27 summer and fall concert dates the band announced on its site Wednesday afternoon.
The band is scheduled to release a yet-to-be-titled CD on June 2.
Founded in 1991, the group consists of singer-songwriter and guitarist Dave Matthews; bassist Stefan Lessard; violinist Boyd Tinsley and drummer Carter Beauford.
Jeff Coffin of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones fame joined the group in December to replace LeRoi Moore, a saxophonist and one of the band's founding members who died in August after an ATV accident.
Guitarist Tim Reynolds recorded with DMB on its latest CD and is also touring as part of the group.
