PRUE, OK -- A gunman has been captured in Osage County.
Authorities surrounded a house Thursday afternoon and 31-year-old Roy Mills surrendered, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. He will be taken to the Osage County Jail.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic call Wednesday afternoon. Deputies say Mills fired several shots during a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, and then took off.
Mills was reportedly armed with a shotgun and assault rifle.
During the search for Mills on Wednesday, deputies closed the only road in and out of Prue and locked down Prue Schools as a precaution. Schools remained closed Thursday.
Deputies resumed their manhunt in the wooded areas around Prue on Thursday morning.
Prue is in southwestern Osage County about 25 miles northwest of Tulsa.
