Bond Reduced For Accused Drunk Driver

A Tulsa woman charged with killing two people while driving drunk last November waived her right to a jury trial on Monday.

TULSA, OK -- A woman charged with killing two people while driving drunk last November waived her right to a jury trial on Monday.

Nancy Rueb's bond was reduced from $375,000 on each manslaughter charge back to $50,000.  The amount that had already been posted.

A Tulsa County District Court judge also ordered Rueb to spend 90 days in a Purcell treatment facility.  She'll be required to wear an ankle monitor while she is there.

Rueb will be back in court in late March.
