OWASSO, OK -- Owasso City Councilor D.J. Gall was arrested shortly after 3 a.m. on Sunday on a complaint of DUI.
Owasso police say Gall was pulled over for speeding, but was then arrested after he failed various sobriety tests.
Gall was taken to the Owasso Police Department, where he refused to take a breathalyzer test, and was booked into the Tulsa Jail.
Gall was released Sunday afternoon after posting bond. His court date is set for Feb. 2.
Gall also faces charges of carrying a loaded gun while intoxicated and obstructing an officer.
He is also Owasso's vice mayor in addition to serving as city councilor for Ward 1.
