Willingham Trial Delayed Until February

SAPULPA, OK -- Tuesday brought a delay in the case of a former Creek County investigator accused of child molestation.

Ed Willingham, Junior's trial was supposed to start on Tuesday, but was rescheduled to February 17th.    

Willingham was arrested in Delaware County earlier this month when he didn't show up at a mental facility.  A judge had ordered him to stay in the facility until his trial, but now Willingham is being held without bond in the Creek County Jail.
