DICKSON, OK - Dickson, Oklahoma may have to give a refund on thousands of dollars in traffic tickets.
A man won a lawsuit against the city of Dickson in Carter County over a driving fine he got there in 2005.
A judge found the traffic ordinance wasn't recorded with the county clerk, which is required by state law.
About 2,000 tickets were written based on the law.
An attorney says drivers who got tickets in Dickson over a 2 and a half year period were overcharged about $350,000.
