TULSA, OK -- A preliminary hearing was delayed for a man accused of causing a deadly crash on Highway 75 in June.
Thomas Pottorff is charged with first degree manslaughter in the death of Sheila Layton. The wife and mother was killed on her way home from work.
Tulsa Police say Pottorff drove nearly 1,000 feet in the median of Highway 75 before veering into oncoming traffic and into Layton's truck. Investigators believe Pottorff had a number of prescription drugs in his system at the time of the crash.
A preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for January 20th.
