Tulsa Man Arrested On Murder Complaint

TULSA, OK -- Police have made an arrest in connection with a deadly Tulsa shooting last weekend.

Arnelius Howell, 28, is being held in the Tulsa County jail on a first degree murder complaint. He is accused of shooting 30-year-old Jermain Nickerson in the head early Sunday morning at the Windsong Apartments at 9750 East 31st Street.

Police say Nickerson was not armed and there was no justification for shooting him.
