TULSA, OK -- The city of Tulsa plans to file a lawsuit to foreclose on the vacant downtown home of the Tulsa Club.
If the lawsuit is successful, city officials say the building could be sold at auction.
A Tulsa County judge awarded the city a judgment against the building's owner back in October.
