TULSA, OK -- Prosecutors have charged a Tulsa woman accused in a deadly wreck on Highway 75 last month.
Nancy Rueb now faces two counts of first degree manslaughter.
Police say Rueb was driving under the influence on November 19th when she hit a car that was parked on the left shoulder.
Five people were in the car, including two children. The children survived, but their grandmother and uncle were killed.
Rueb is in jail on a $750,000 bond.
