Woman Sentenced In Murder For Hire Case

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa woman has been sentenced to 15 years in prison in an unsuccessful murder for hire case.

Tulsa County prosecutors say Debra Derr offered an undercover Tulsa police officer money to kill her husband, Clyde.

Police say Derr agreed to pay the officer $100 in advance and another $4,000 once she got the money from her husband's life insurance policy.
