LOCUST GROVE, OK -- Country Cottage Restaurant in Locust Grove has plans to re-open. The restaurant closed this summer after becoming the target of a health department probe.

One man died and 314 people were sickened in the worst E. coli outbreak of its kind. Investigators never pinpointed the source of the outbreak.

The restaurant hasn't announced a date for its re-opening.
