LANGLEY, OK -- The Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol is reporting that the body of 74-year old Norman Rayl of Vinita was recovered from Grand Lake, early Wednesday morning.
The GRDA says at approximately 3:30 PM Tuesday the Patrol received a report of a boat floating near Carey Bay.
After securing the boat, the Patrol determined that it was registered to Norman Rayl. A search of the area began soon after.
Just after midnight, the Lake Patrol says Rayl's body was located by one of his fishing partners.
