Collaboratorium Coming To Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- City leaders announce a new resource to grow Tulsa's economy.  It's called the Collaboratorium.  Kanbar Properties donated office space for new entrepreneurs to launch their businesses. 

Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor says small businesses are the backbone of our state's economy.  And, she says the government needs to encourage their growth.

"It's going to help support the development of bold innovative ideas that don't necessarily fit really in the traditional box," said Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor.

Next week, the city will present its Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.  The winner will get free office space in the Collaboratorium for one year.
