TULSA, OK -- There is new hope a grocery store will open on Tulsa's north side.
There hasn't been a grocery store at Pine and Peoria since Albertsons closed their store and pulled out of Oklahoma last year.
Finding investors to change that has been a priority for Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor.
Now there's word a group is close to making a deal to bring a grocery store and other development to the neighborhood.
The Tulsa Development Authority will meet on Thursday to decide on a proposal by the new developers.
