Attorneys for 19-year-old Marquis Bullock have asked for a change of venue. Bullock is charged with the murder of 13-year-old Cori Baker.

TULSA, OK -- Attorneys for 19-year-old Marquis Bullock have asked for a change of venue.

Bullock is charged with the murder of 13-year-old Cori Baker.

She was last seen with Bullock before she disappeared November 9th. Her remains weren't found until March.

The defense says it wants the trial moved because of all the publicity surrounding the case.

The medical examiner has listed Cori's cause of death as undetermined.
